This sister restaurant to the acclaimed Angelina Dalston celebrates Itameshi cuisine—a thoughtful fusion of Italian cooking with Japanese ingredients and techniques.

A Distinctive Culinary Approach

The restaurant's commitment to craftsmanship is evident throughout the experience. The open kitchen showcases daily pasta-making in a dedicated glass-walled area, while the Binchotan charcoal grill imparts distinctive flavors to premium cuts of meat and seafood. Executive Chef Usman Haider, who has been with the Angelina team since 2019, has created a menu that honors both culinary traditions without compromising either.

Signature dishes include delicate tortellini with truffle and kombu, courgette flowers stuffed with miso ricotta, and Brixham skate wing served on the bone with sea urchin butter. The Hokkaido milk bread with kumquat and burnt honey butter has quickly become a must-order starter.

The 75-cover space features soaring 4-meter ceilings, a monochromatic color scheme, and a mix of counter and table seating. Designed by Anna Owens, the interiors balance understated elegance with comfort, creating an environment that feels both special and relaxed.
