The restaurant divides the year into four distinct 'seasons' based on British landscapes - Sea & Coastline, Rivers & Valleys, Highlands, and Forest & Game. During each season, they focus on just one type of meat, taking a nose-to-tail approach that ensures nothing goes to waste.

Currently in their Rivers & Valleys season, the menu showcases ingredients like Chalk Stream Trout, Aged Duck, Wild Garlic, and Smoked Eel - all sourced from small-scale sustainable farms and ethical producers across Britain.

Exceptional Tasting Menus

Nest offers two tasting menu options: a shorter menu at £70 (available mid-week and for lunch) and their signature menu at £90 (exclusive on Friday and Saturday evenings). Each dish on the menu focuses on two hero ingredients, offering a snapshot of the season's finest flavors.

The carefully crafted wine pairings (£65, or premium at £90) complement the geographical theme of each season, featuring low-intervention wines from regions connected to rivers and valleys during the current season.
